Key Features & Typical Use
Fast Charging Built into the Wall
Electrical fast chargers are heavy hence easy to misplace and would take space in the power socket. The E10-021 offers a solution by providing the charging mechanism just within the socket itself, so in places such as bedroom or hotel room where the outlet is installed, the mode of charging is available thus avoiding the guest the obligation to bring up the device.
Why 20W Matters
The modern chargers are much faster than the previous 5V 2.1A standard, and one will quickly conclude that any wall charger that fails to deliver higher rates is slow. The 20W capability is likely to keep the socket working with modern devices, and it makes it suitable in the hospitality industry as well as upscale residential projects, as no complaints regarding charging speed arise when using this level of power.
French Format, Same Platform
The module utilizes the French Type E socket, which has the grounding pin inside the socket casing. The structure and design of the module match with the other products of the E10 series, implying that the French installation would be able to choose fast-charging and regular sockets and data modules which are indistinguishable from each other.
Fewer Accessories to Manage
Charges left plugged in a house with several rooms have become a major cost and a serious discomfort for the owners. The introduction of a charging port inside the module has solved both the problems as nothing is removable and every room has the same facility without the need for a stock of adapters.

E10-021 – Fast Charging for French Standard Projects
According to the Schuko format of fast charging sockets, they are still available, as the French standard markets are still relying on an adapter or slow charging point for that purpose. The E10-021 solves this problem by using Type E socket format with a 20W output in the same module.
In the case of specifications for hotels and residences, the module also solves the accessory issue. The charging unit, which is included in the related wiring devices, is fixed and unit either cannot be lost or misplaced and has the same capacity of 5V 2.1A wherever it is utilized. Thus, if it was not required in specific place, the same housing can be provided as E10-020 available for purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions
How fast is a 20W USB wall socket?
This series has implemented fast charging capabilities through the 20W charging tier, allowing for quick charging of devices such as smartphones and tablets. It outpaces the standard 5V 2.1A charging platform, which makes it a perfect fit for use in hotel environments or other high-end residential application.
Does it charge both USB-A and Type-C devices?
Yes. The module has a USB-A port as well as a Type-C port so both older cables and current USB-C ones are usable without any additional adapters. Both ports can be used together but the output is to be shared.
Is a fast charging socket worth it in every room?
This is not always the case. Generally, fast charging is indicated in places where the consumer is most likely to recharge his phone, such as guest rooms, bedrooms, and work areas, while standard 5V 2.1A modules can function in basic and additional locations. Both types have the same housing so the project may combine them.
What is the difference between E10-020 and E10-021?
The components – the socket, housing, frame interface, and contacts – are the same; however, the output during the charge is different. The E10-020 generates a voltage level of 5V at 2.1A and the E10-021 generates 20W. The two different components are ordered according to the different tiers as established by their model number in the specifications.
Can the socket be used while charging?
Certainly. It is possible to use a device plugged into a Type E socket while also charging appliances through USB charging, since the USB provision is not dependent on the mains electricity.
Can we brand it and mix French and Schuko in one order?
Both logos on plates, customized cartons, and instruction sheets as part of OEM program, and the charging levels and socket styles can be combined under one shipment as they use the same platform. MOQ is decided for every product according to quote.
